Close and personal with the Herbal Blend that restores the Yoni!

Since the beginning of time the woman was admired. Her beauty, her balance, her ability to be the conduit for the creation of life. All of these things plus so much more is why the woman’s body is revered. Although there are some people whose actions oppose that last statement, our natural inclination is to honor and respect the person responsible for developing life. Fertility is a gift. In some cultures, there are Fertility Goddesses and rituals that is called upon or practiced to assist a barren woman to bring forth a child.

Our Ancient Cultures worshipped the woman and her body. There were rituals where the women bathed with flowers for its medicinal properties. Yoni Steaming is a modern day vaginal cleansing. Due to access of verifiably clean water, it is much easier to guarantee a small pot of uncontaminated water than an entire bathtub. All of this background leads us to the conversation of modern day steaming, which I enjoy in the privacy of my home.

Yoni Steaming has become a popular trend being offered by spas, holistic practitioners, and wellness centers. These herbs and their blends are said to assist the vagina with odor, infertility, PMS symptoms, Menopausal symptoms, cleansing after birth or miscarriage, tightening, balancing, and other issues. Different herbs naturally assist the body to function normally. For example, Motherwort is nicknamed Healer of the Heart which can help with high blood pressure and anxiety while relieving cramps and decreasing blood clotting and brings balance to hyperthroidism. The melanated woman is dealing with thyroid issues more than any other race because of the nature of our bodies with foods that do not work for its benefit.

Steaming without an herbal blend is also beneficial as the heat attracts our white blood cells to that area of the body. This is also how you can heal a boil or rising. The herbs essentially send more healing elements to the body to assist it with balancing the yoni. A balanced yoni is a healthy yoni!

A few warnings to be aware of:

  • The Water! If you have to purchase water, I recommend Spring Water. If I had to choose a brand that is available in stores, I would recommend Crystal Geyser. Also, make sure you test the steam using the inside of your wrist. The yoni area is sensitive!
  • Do not Oversteam! Make sure you give yourself 2 or 3 days between steams because you do not want bacteria to form and bacteria thrives in a warm environment. The pH (potential Hydrogen) of the Vagina is approximately 4.5 which is acidic to prevent bacteria from forming.
  • There should be a decent distance between the pot and your vagina. This is designed if purchasing a Yoni Steaming Seat that typically costs $200 and made out of wood. A 5 gallon paint bucket or beach chair will give the same distance for DIY (Do it Yourself) Options. Use a shoulder pillow to cushion your booty if you are using the paint bucket option!
  • You want to keep the steam in during the experience. I recommend a sheet or blanket depending on which would make you more comfortable. You want the sheet to wrap around you waist and all of the way down to the ground.
  • The length of time to steam. It is very important to pay attention to your body! You will know when to get up. Experience the steam. Feel it enter your vagina and womb area. Whenever you feel as though you are finished, end your session for that day. I typically steam between 45 minutes to an hour.
  • Anatomically speaking, the mouth and vagina are connected. Visualize the opening of both in addition to the canal and esophagus. Drinking the tea while steaming allows the properties of the tea to fill your body!

Yoni steaming has personally changed my life! Some of the issues that I have been dealing with medically for years have been resolved with 4 steams over a period of 2 months! Purchase your steam Today! The New Cool, New Cooch, Easy Flow, and Tight & Fresh.
